Framework for countering racism |
|
This framework for countering racism aims to assist Australian schools and
education systems in developing or further implementing strategies to counter
racism. To be successful in education to counter racism:
- action must occur at the system, school and individual level
- implementation must occur across the full range of school activities
- a cycle of planning, implementation and evaluation is
required.
To assist in this process, the specific responsibilities
of systems, schools and individuals and a planning and evaluation guide with
detailed areas for action are provided.
