Racism does not only damage people from different ethnicity, it also harms Australia’s international image. Reports after reports are telling us Australia is one of the most racist countries in the world, shame on us all. I have been overseas many times and have heard how the other travelers talk about how racist we are. This is pathetic. Racism also impairs our development as a country. Imagine a company that only employs white people, compared with a company that only employs the best people from all sorts of backgrounds and ethnicity, which one do you think will succeed in the modern competitive society?
