I have been living in Australia for 15 years having to escape after the Iraq war between 1990-1992 and finally settling here. I had my fair share of racism when we started to settle in our new home that made things difficult but these days, people are becoming more aware of different cultures and religions. I think in order to eliminate racism, you have to start with the younger generations and educate them about thease issues. I think what your organisation is doing is fantastic and it will make the future generations more aware and informed.
